Special Containment Procedures: SCP-0001-HV must remain connected to the Hive blockchain through the Hive @engrave application. When not connected to Hive, SCP-0001-HV will exhibit ██████████, hence its original Keter classification. While connected to Hive, SCP-0001-HV will mimic the properties of any other non-anomalous internet domain and can be accessed from outside the Foundation. To mask the nature of SCP-0001-HV when accessed from non-Foundation terminals, it will appear as an unofficial "fan website" of the former domain owner.
Description: SCP-0001-HV is the internet domain "christyromano.com." SCP-0001-HV was originally created to be one of at least two domains intended for use by the American actress Christy Carlson Romano. The other domain, christycarlsonromano.com, is not known to have ever exhibited any anomalous properties.
From the creation date of █████, ████ until around █████, ████, SCP-0001-HV is not known to have displayed the anomalous ability ███████████████. At or around █████, ████, SCP-0001-HV's ███████████████ manifested. This event coincided with Christy Carlson Romano's recruitment by Foundation Group of Interest █████████████. The connection, if any, between Christy Carlson Romano's involvement with █████████████ and SCP-0001-HV's ███████████████ is currently under investigation.
On █████, ████, the Foundation became aware of SCP-0001-HV and its ███████████████ anomaly. Mobile Task Force Rho-7 ("Penguin Jockeys") was dispatched. Christy Carlson Romano was hypnotized to forget about renewing her anomalous domain and administered a Class A amnestic. After the renewal period for the domain lapsed, Senior Researcher Dr. ████████ ███████ monitored SCP-0001-HV to observe whether ███████████████ continued independently of the former domain owner. After a reasonable amount of observation, SCP-0001-HV was acquired by the Foundation for $7.16 USD through the domain registrar Namecheap, a front for Foundation Group of Interest Marshall, Carter & Dark, Ltd. The cover story established was that the former domain owner had abandoned her domain.
After D-class testing (see Addenda 0001-HV-A and 0001-HV-B), Foundation researchers were able to utilize SCP-0001-HV's ███████████████ to aid in the containment of SCP objects SCP-███-HV and SCP-███-HV, leading to a reclassification of Thaumiel.
